Transporting students into the deepest realms of their imagination, our drama classes are held in an inspirational, safe, and creative space, in which students can explore characters, develop their performance skills, work as a team, build invaluable literacy and communication skills and immerse themselves in the magic of stage and screen.
Through various practical exercises and scene work, pupils are challenged both intellectually and creatively on their journey to build authentic and truthful characters.
Students will study a variety of stage and screen plays which will broaden their knowledge of the social, cultural, and historical context in which the texts were written.
Our drama classes are popular among our pupils. They develop confidence, encourage spontaneity, communication, and articulation – as well as being educational and exciting!
